This is an in-person Breathwork healing group at Turn A New Leaf Intuitive Energy & Bodywork in Saratoga Springs.

Dress in comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a pair of socks and a water bottle. Eye pillow/covering (optional).

No fragrances, perfumes or essential oils at this location due to allergies.

Eat lightly, it is not recommended to eat a large meal before Breathwork.

No experience with Breathwork or meditation is necessary.
