Join me for an evening of Breathwork & Meditation to release stuck energy and begin healing.
Pranayama or Breathwork is an active meditation that moves stuck energy in the body (fear, anger, anxiety, grief and negative thought patterns). I will teach you a 2-part breathing technique that is simple, yet powerful. As you breathe your mind will begin to quiet, your body will release endorphins and your heart (chakra) will begin to open. Your energy will rise and you will feel it.
Most participants say that it’s like nothing they’ve ever experienced before.
No previous experience with Breathwork or meditation is necessary.
Wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats are required. Blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are optional.
